Thom Rodgers is a process improvement and estimating consultant for the Software Technology Support Center at Hill AFB, Utah. He is currently instructing a leadership improvements series of nine workshops for the Air Force and is implementing a coaching program to ensure implementation of instructed skills. Additionally he performs various estimating services, which include independent software cost estimation, software data collection and analysis workshops. Rodgers is a retired Colonel from the U.S. Army with 27 years of service. His assignments include Deputy Commander of a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Depot, management status within the Army’s Test and Evaluation Command, and numerous project and program management positions.
He received a BS in Political Science from St. Martin’s College in Lacey, WA and an MS in Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. |
