Diann L . McCoy

   Diann L. McCoy is the Component Acquisition Executive with sole responsibility of acquisition oversight for all Defense Information Systems Agency’s (DISA) products, services, and programs. She is the Agency’s review authority and is responsible for fostering an acquisition culture consistent with Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition policy. Additionally, she manages the Agency’s acquisition workforce, and is responsible for professionalization and career development of that workforce.

   Her awards include the Presidential Distinguished Executive Rank Award, the Technology Award for Government Leadership, the DoD Distinguished Civilian Service Award, the Meritorious Civilian Service Award, the Presidential Rank of Meritorious Executive Award, and the Certified Professional Logistician for the Society of Logistics Engineers.

   McCoy earned a BS in Mathematics from Wright State University and an MS in Logistics Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology.
