Kasey Thompson is a Process Improvement Consultant and Coach for the
U.S. Air Force and the Software Technology Support Center (STSC) at Hill
AFB, UT. He is currently instructing a process improvements series of
nine workshops for the U.S. Air Force and is implementing a coaching
program to ensure implementation of the instructed skills. Thompson
supplies business structure and team building consultation to private
industry and Department of Defense (DoD) organizations. He recently
developed the Compatibility Identification Set (CIS) as a tool to build
better, smarter, and more cohesive project teams and wrote an
accompanying article summarizing the CIS for CrossTalk Magazine.
He received a BS in Management from Weber State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. |
