Leadership, Communication, and Conflict (LCC) are three significant factors found in either abundant or near anemic proportions in our work environments.
This presentation will describe why, in what fashion, and to what degree LCC elements should be incorporated into our day-to-day activities. Software, like any industry, offers its own specific challenges; this presentation will explore exactly how people or teams of people, using LCC elements can provide precise and sound solutions. |
