David
Zubrow
|
Dr. David Zubrow is Team Leader for the Software Engineering Measurement and Analysis (SEMA) group within the Software Engineering Institute (SEI). His areas of expertise include empirical research methods, data analysis, and data management. He is an instructor for the SEI courses Implementing Goal-Driven Software Measurement, Improving Process Performance Using Six Sigma, Introduction to Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), and Understanding CMMI High Maturity Practices. He is a member of the Editorial Boards for Crosstalk, Empirical Software Engineering, Software Quality Professional and the Journal of Systems and Software. He is also co-editor of the ISO standard series addressing software product quality measurement.
Dr. Zubrow is a senior member of the American Society for Quality. He earned an MS in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and a PhD in Social and Decision Sciences.
