Larry W. Smith is a Project Manager and Consultant for
the Software Technology Support Center at Hill AFB. Here he
provides Leadership Development training, consulting, and
coaching to foster enterprise-wide process improvement and
culture change. He also assists teams in developing and
executing project management and process improvement
strategies in commercial and nonprofit organizations.
Mr. Smith has a BS in Electrical Engineering from
the University of Utah, an MS in Computer Science from Utah State University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by Project Management Institute (PMI) and a Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP) by IEEE.
