Al Florence has worked as an Engineer and Manager at Hughes
Aircraft, TRW, Martin Marietta, SAIC and currently with the
MITRE Corp. as a consultant for Government agencies. His
customers have included: Army, Navy, Air Force, Missile
Defense Agency, NASA, DISA, IRS, CIA, FBI, INS, FAA,
Customs, DOE, Health and Human Services, and DHS. He has
been involved in all phases of the life-cycle in
engineering and management on diversified projects:
spacecraft, aircraft, missiles, weapon systems, particle
accelerators, and information systems. He has made
over 70 technical presentations at national and
international conferences and has several publications in
technical journals.
