Michael T. Cowperthwait is the Configuration/Data Management Lead for the Cargo Helicopters Project Management Office (PMO). He served in a variety of technical positions in the PMO before assuming that position last September. As an Army Aviator, he accumulated nearly 1,000 flight hours in the CH-47D Chinook and deployed twice in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF).
Mr. Cowperthwait has a BS in General Management with a concentration in Systems Engineering and an MA in Human Resources Development.
