Gary S. Pendergrass has been a Software Engineer in the
aerospace industry for nearly 25 years. He has worked at
L-3 Communications, Mission Integration Division (L-3/MID)
in Greenville, TX, for the last 20 of those years in
various programming, project leadership, and functional
management roles. For the last several years, he has
functioned as the Software Process Leader. He started the Work Study Group program at L-3/MID several years ago and continues to serve as the coordinator of the program.
Mr. Pendergrass earned a BS in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and an MS in Software Engineering from Southern Methodist University.
