Dr. Suzette S. Johnson works for Northrop Grumman in
Baltimore, MD. Her roles include software systems engineer, project manager, and agile practices lead. Over the past ten years she has managed systems development projects using lean and agile product development practices. Experience includes both commercial and government environments.
Dr. Johnson holds a MS in Information Systems from
the Johns Hopkins University and a PhD of Management
from the University of Maryland. Her research focused on
investigating the impact of leadership styles on software
project outcomes in traditional versus agile engineering
environments.
