John O. Clark is a Chief Engineer in the Information
Systems (IS) Sector of Northrop Grumman Corp. with 43
years experience applying Systems Engineering (SE) and software engineering. He is an internationally recognized Subject Matter Expert in SE. For INCOSE, he is the Hampton Roads Area Chapter
Director of Education and Training and a member of several
working groups. He led the development of two official
Technical Products: Systems Engineering Handbook V2a and
V3.1 Tutorials; developed the Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) course; is the CSEP instructor; and is a CSEP.
Mr. Clark has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Penn State, a MS in Electrical Engineering from State University of New York, and adjunct instructor at Old Dominion University.
