Mamie Danley Morgan is the Black Belt for the Cargo
Helicopter’s Project Management Office (PMO) at Redstone
Arsenal, AL. She has been the organization's Continuous Process Improvement Lead since 2004. She has over 15 years experience in implementing process improvement in various DoD, NASA, and commercial organizations and is currently employed with QinetiQ North America (formerly Westar) as a Principal Consultant. She looks at process improvement with humor and tenacity as evident in her February 2005 BackTalk article "How Do You Make a Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich?."
Ms. Morgan holds a BBA in Marketing and an MS in Organizational
Development.
