During the past four years, the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) has offered training and coaching in the definition and construction of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) process performance models. This tutorial will provide hands-on experience in developing process performance models using several modern, practical tools. Participants are strongly encouraged to bring their own laptops with the latest versions of Crystal Ball and JMP installed.
