The conference registration fee includes: admission to all conference sessions and meal events, as well as the trade show. Additionally, you will receive access to the conference proceedings posted on the SSTC Web site and given to all attendees in CD version onsite.

Companion Packages
A companion ticket package is available for $100 and must be purchased prior to conference. This package includes a ticket to the Welcome Social, Wednesday night social and entertainment, and the social in the exhibit hall on Thursday. To purchase a companion package, please contact registration at 800-538-2663 or denise.irwin@usu.edu.

Expedite Your Registration:

  • To ensure entrance to ticketed events, register early! Most events require pre-registration by checking it on the registration form.
  • Watch for your name badge in the mail two to three weeks prior to the conference and bring it with you for onsite checkin. Registrations received after 28 March 2008 may be held for onsite pickup.
  • You must bring a picture ID with you when you check in onsite.

Payment Information:
Payment in full must accompany registration. Acceptable forms of payment include:

  • Company or personal check (payable to Utah State University)
  • Credit card (MasterCard, VISA, Diners Club, Discover, American Express). Should you be paying with a government card and need it to be held until 1 April 2008, there will be an option for you to check on the registration form to indicate such.
  • Corporate/organizational purchase order (copy must accompany registration form): must be completed in full, indicate "Advance Payment Required," and be signed by the designated fiscal officer.
  • Government purchase order (copy must accompany registration form): must be completed in full, indicating "Advance Payment Required," and be signed by the designated fiscal officer. We recommend you submit DD Form 1556 as a prepaid training form.
  • Government Travel Orders are not considered a form of payment: If you are unable to submit a completed purchase order, you must either prepay the registration fee of $795 by 28 May 2008 or register onsite at the regular registration fee of $895.

Refund Policy:
Cancellations must be received in writing by 28 March 2008 in order to receive a refund of registration fees-less a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued after 28 May 2008. Substitutions are acceptable when provided in writing prior to the conference or at the onsite registration area.

DAWIA Continuous Learning Point (CLP) Credits:
DoD acquisition personnel who are SSTC speakers or attendees may be able use their SSTC experience to satisfy part of their acquisition continuing requirement to accrue 40 Continuous Learning Points (CLPs) annually. CLP policies and latest criteria are available in the "Library/Guidebooks & Reference Section" of the DAU Continuous Learning Center.
